If you do business within the corporate limits/jurisdiction of the City of Bay Minette, you are required to have a valid and current Business License on file with the City. Licenses must be renewed each year.

Original executed forms should be returned, along with payment, to the City of Bay Minette, 301 D'Olive Street, Bay Minette, AL 36507. Only Cash, Checks, Cashier Checks, or Money Orders will be accepted. No fax copy of the application will be accepted.
Receipt of the application form will initiate the process of registering your business with the City of Bay Minette. A business with a physical address in the corporate limits/jurisdiction of the City of Bay Minette will be reviewed to be sure that the type of business activity complies with all applicable laws of the City. Renewal Notices are mailed out in December for the following year. All license renewals are due January 1st and delinquent after February 15th with the following exceptions:
Insurance Company licenses are due January 1st and delinquent after March 1st.
