2016 Employee of The Year - David Styron

The City of Bay Minette honored its Employee of the Year David Styron during a special recognition luncheon at Strike City Lanes. Styron works in the city’s janitorial services department and was recognized for always going above and beyond in his daily duties. He received multiple nominations for the award.

The city also presented service pins to employees celebrating milestone years.

25-year service pins were presented to Lynn Quinley, Finance and Ronnie McDill, Building. Clarence Crooks, Chief of Police, was honored with the 30-year service pin

15-year service pins were presented to Mark Manry, Library; Gina Ramer, Animal Control; Maggie Pinkard, Communications and Bubba Ingram, Building.

10-year service pins were presented to Louise Johnson, Communications; Renee Peebles, Police; Pam Thompson, Police; Ethel Hadley, Library; Stephen Hadley, Recreation; and Debbie White, Public Works.
