Hours of Operation: 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. Monday*; 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Tuesday through Saturday; 1 to 6 p.m. Sunday. The pool will open Saturday, May 26, 2018.
Cost: $8 daily admission rate (Children 2-years and younger admitted free). *Special rate: $5 after 5 p.m. every Monday (excluding holidays).
The Bay Minette Muncipal Pool Complex is at 1300 Bradley Avenue, located at the intersection of East 12th Street. The municipal facility includes two pools and multiple slides and a diving board. The smaller pool features a zero entry, which makes it wheelchair accessible. Also located at the pool complex are multiple tennis courts, basketball courts, a walking path and universal playground, which are free and open to the public.
SWIM LESSONS: Bay Minette Municipal Pool will offer two sessions of swim lessons this summer for ages 5-years and older. The sessions will take place Monday through Thursday, June 4-14 and June 18-28. All classes will be held 9 to 9:50 a.m. The fee is $55 for members and $60 for non-members. There will be a discount available for additional children from the same family. To sign up, call the Municipal Pool office at 937-1367. Private lessons are also available.

Tiger Sharks Swim Team
The Tiger Sharks, Bay Minette Swim Team, is open to children ages 5-18 years old.
Registration is $110 which includes a team swim cap and shirt. There is a $10 discount for each additional child in the same family.
No previous experience is required, and swimmers do not have to be a member of the Bay Minette Municipal Pool to participate.
Practice sessions are typically held Monday through Thursdays and will take place 8 to 9:10 a.m. for intermediate and advanced swimmers and from 9:15 to 9:55 a.m. for beginners.
Tucker Clay will serve as Head Coach and Daylen DeMint will be the assistant coach. Clay has been a long-time swimmer and will again serve as a lifeguard for the Bay Minette Municipal Pool. She has served in many leadership roles while a student at Baldwin County High School including senior class president. Clay attends the University of Southern Mississippi where she is member of the Delta Gamma Sorority, Dixie Darlings and Diamond Darlings.
DeMint is a senior at Baldwin County High School and has been a member of the varsity swim for four years and served as team captain for three. She has advanced to sectionals threeyears in a row. She has been a part of the Tiger Sharks swim team for four years. DeMint is also a member of the National Honor Society, Diamond Darlings, and varsity basketball teams.

Booking your Private Party:
Coming from Mobile on I-65: Take the AL-59 S exit, EXIT 34, toward Bay Minette. Stay straight to go onto HAND AVENUE/AL-287. Turn LEFT on E 12th Street. (There is a sign that says City Pool; First Baptist Church is on right hand side of road). Turn left on Bradley Avenue (you will see the pool complex) and then right into the parking lot.
Coming from US Hwy 31 S: Go NORTH on US-31 N/AL-59 N and continue to follow US-31 N/AL-59 N until you get to Bay Minette over pass; stay straight until you see Wal-Mart on your left hand side; Next to Ruby Tuesday's there is a road called WEST 9th Street, turn onto W 9th Street and go straight until you come to a RED LIGHT; turn left at the red light onto HAND AVENUE; go up three blocks and take a right onto 12th Street (First Baptist Church will be on your left hand side and there is a sign that says City Pool); go straight on 12th; take a left on Bradley Avenue (you will see the Pool Complex) and then right into the parking lot.
Built in 2011, the Universal Playground was funded through a grant provided by The Alabama Department of Economic and Community Affairs in addition to local matching funds provided by the City of Bay Minette. The park is located at the corner of Bradley Avenue and East 12st Street at the Municipal Pool Complex.
The park features typical playground equipment, but with a design that accommodates those with special needs. The play area includes zip slides, climbing walls, various slides, umbrella canopies and Americans with Disabilities Act-approved amenities. It also include double ramps to allow for multiple wheelchairs, and the groundcover is concrete with a padding overlay to make it easier for wheelchairs to maneuver through the park.
